Senior Computer Support / Document‑Imaging Technician Charleston, SC –

We’re adding a seasoned technician who can tackle complex break‑fix and networking challenges—and help us raise the bar even higher.
What You’ll Do
· Repair Windows‑based PCs, Fiery print servers, and networked MFPs in the field.
· Configure TCP/IP, VLANs, print servers, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
· Install and support print/document‑management software (PaperCut MF, uniFLOW, Dispatcher Phoenix, etc.).
· Mentor 1–2 junior techs while delighting customers and meeting SLAs.
What You’ll Bring
· 5+ years’ break‑fix or network support experience with major brands (Canon, Xerox, Sharp, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Lexmark, HP).
· Solid Windows Server/Active Directory skills and strong Layer 2/3 networking know‑how.
· Hands‑on success with at least one leading print‑ or document‑workflow platform.
· Excellent communication, valid driver’s license, and a customer‑first mindset.
